Recently one of our most valued customers placed an order for our LED panel light which is not within our standard size range of led panel Lights. The required size was 400x400mm LED panel light.

CNHIDEE always strives to meet customer’s requirements, especially for the LED panel light which is one of our main products. We agreed to custom-make this size for the customer, and below are the details of the new design:

400x400mm LED Panel Light

Size: 400x400x14mm
Quantity of LEDs: 240 of SMD3014
Wattage: 24W
Two sides lighting
Lumen: 2100lm

To start this new size of LED panel light, we need to create new mould of the PCB and need to design a new silk-screen printing mould for the L.G.P (light-guide-plate). The whole lead time is around 15-20 days. Now the printing mould is ready as the above picture. We use it to print dot design on the L.G.P such that the light comes out evenly and softly. We shall have the first sample of 400x400mm LED panel light very soon. Certainly, the customer will be quite happy with our sample.
